Payment
Payment can be made by credit card via our secure online facility or by phone by ringing our sales number 0800 977 6340. We also accept direct bank payments and cheques (allowing 4 days to clear).
Groupon payments: Payments through Groupon should be made at the Groupon section of our web site only.
No Quibble Returns Policy
We would like you to feel every confidence in buying from us and as
such are prepared to accept the return of any purchase you are not happy
with, as long as you inform us within 7 days. Please advise the
carriers you wish to return the sofas and they will repack it and remove
them. In this case we offer a full refund but require that we retain
the original delivery cost. If the carriers leave and you still wish
to return them and advise us within the 7 day period, we charge an
additional flat fee of £65 for the return collection. Should the goods
be significantly damaged or faulty when it reaches you we will issue a full refund in
any event without any charge as long as you inform the carriers before
they leave your home. Minor damage will be dealt with at home through a visit by our furniture specialists where sofas can be returned to their original pristine state.

Delivery
Most of the sofas we sell are carried in stock and usually take no longer than two weeks to deliver. If, however, early delivery is essential, please contact us to confirm with us the nearest delivery date. We will, in all cases, do our best to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible.Groupon delivery times and prices are as advertised in the Groupon offer. Deliveries are 2-man only.
Charges
Budget Delivery
Our budget charge is £38 for up to two pieces of furniture (Northern Scotland £68, South West England £48). When your order is ready for dispatch, you will be contacted by our carriers to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery.
Our carriers will deliver to your door and it is advisable to have two people in attendance to bring the sofa(s) inside and unpack them.
Please ensure you check the packaging for any sign of mishandling and if there is minor damage to the sofas we will organise an 'as-new' repair with our national upholstery specialists. If there is significant damage we will arrange a replacement as soon as we can.
For 3 pieces and above we offer only our 'standard' delivery
Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery is by specialist furniture carriers. We provide two personnel to carry the suite into your home, unpack it, assemble the feet, and place it in situ ready for use.
We charge a subsidised rate of £58 - single unit, £88 - 2 units, £98 - 3 units - for locations in mainland UK. (Northern Scotland +40% SouthWest England +20%) Corner units are considered to be two units due to their size. Surcharges apply to remoter areas.
If there is narrow road access please advise us so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle.
In all cases we ask you to provide us with your phone number so that the carriers can ring you to arrange a time and date for delivery. It is likewise important to check the measurements of interior doorways and stairwells to ensure that the sofas can be placed properly in situ, as we will have to charge the full cost of transport if the suite needs to be returned. In most cases, access will not be a problem especially as many of our sofas come with removable cushions and backs.
