Payment

Payment can be made by credit card via our secure online facility or by phone to our sales number. We also accept direct bank payments and cheques (allowing 4 days to clear).

For specially made orders we ask you for a deposit of 25% and then the balance once your order is ready.

Delivery

Most of the sofas we sell are carried in stock and usually take no longer than two weeks to deliver.  If however the 2-week time is crucial or an even earlier delivery is required please contact us to confirm the earliest delivery time. We will in all cases do our best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.

Charges

Our standard charge is £40 for upto 2 pieces of furniture.  (Northern Scotland £68).  Our carriers will deliver to your door and it is advisable to be in attendance to bring the sofa(s) inside and unpack them.
Please ensure you check the packaging for any sign of mishandling and if there is damage to the sofas we will organize a replacement as soon as we can.

If there is narrow road access please advise us so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle.
For 3 pieces and above we offer only our 'prime' delivery

Prime Delivery

Our Prime Delivery is by specialist furniture carriers. We provide two personnel to carry the suite into your home, unpack it and place it in situ ready for use.

We charge a subsidised rate of £48 - single unit, £78 - 2 units, £95 - 3 units - for locations in mainland UK.  (Northern Scotland +£20)   Corner units are considered to be two units due to their size. Surcharges apply to remoter areas. Delivery charges are as follows:

Mainland UK one piece: £48; 2 pieces: £78; 3 pieces: £95
Northern Scotland: +£20 (inc VAT)
Northern and Southern Ireland: +£50 (inc VAT)
Isle of Wight, Isle of Man: +£85 (inc VAT)

The carrier will remove the packing on arrival. We ask you to ensure that the furniture is intact. In the unlikely event you find anything faulty or damaged please ask the carrier to take it back and we will replace it as soon as we can.

In all cases we ask you to provide us with your phone number so the carriers can ring you to arrange a time and date for delivery.  It is likewise important to check the measurements of interior doorways and stairwells to ensure that they can be placed properly in situ as we will have to charge the full cost of transport if the suite needs to be returned.   In most cases access will not be a problem especially as many of our sofas come with removable cushions and backs. 

No Quibble Returns Policy

We would like you to feel every confidence in buying from us and so are prepared to accept the return of any purchase you are not happy with, as long as you inform us within 7 days. In this case we offer a full refund including your original transport cost but ask you to share the cost of a 2-man return collection which is a flat rate of £65 that will be deducted from the original payment.  Should the goods be damaged or faulty when it reaches you we will make a full refund in any event.
