Sofas is the latest addition to the English Leather
Sofa group.
We felt there was a need to offer
a quality leather sofa to the price conscious customer
and maintain a standard of quality that we would be
happy putting our name to.
As a smaller company, we offer a friendly,
personal service and do our very best to ensure our
customers are happy with their choices both before
and after they have made their purchase.
2 Year Guarantee
Premiumsofas guarantee all our sofas against
any manufacturing defect for a minimum of 2
years.
7 Day Returns Policy
All our furniture is carefully inspected before
shipment and we are confident that all our products
are of the highest quality.
If though for whatever reason you are unhappy
with your sofa, as long as you tell us within
7 days we will arrange for the return of your
sofa and issue you with a refund (we ask you
only to share in the cost of transport).

Guarantee
We inspect all our furniture
carefully before shipment to ensure it is
in the best condition. If you are not happy
with your purchase we will take back the item
concerned as long as you tell us in good time.
We will in any event guarantee your leather
furniture against any manufacturing defect
for two years.
Payment
Payment can be made either by credit card
or by cheque with an allowance of 4 days to
clear. For specially made orders we ask you
for a deposit of 25% and then the balance
once your order is ready.
Delivery
We use experienced furniture carriers for
our deliveries and provide two personnel to
carry the suite into your home and place it
in situ. We ask you to provide us with your
phone number so they can ring you to arrange
a time and date for delivery.
We charge a subsidised rate of £65 - single unit, £85 - 2 units, £95 - 3 units
for locations in mainland UK and
the channel Islands. Please enquire for delivery
in Northern Scotland. Delivery charges to
Northern and Southern Ireland are £145
plus VAT.
The carrier will remove the packing on arrival.
We ask you to ensure that the furniture is
intact. In the unlikely event you find anything
damaged please ask the carrier to take it
back and we will replace it as soon as we
can.
Returns Policy
We would like you to feel every confidence
in buying from us and so are prepared to accept
the return of any purchase you are not happy
with, as long as you inform us within 7 days.
Should you have any query before or after
you have made a purchase we will always be
happy to assist you. Just call us during working
hours or send us an email whenever you wish
and we will get back to you as quickly as
we can.
