We inspect all our leather furniture carefully before shipment to ensure that it is in the best condition. If you are not happy with your purchase we will take back the item concerned as long as you tell us in good time. We will, in any event, guarantee your leather furniture against any manufacturing defect for 12 months.

We will guarantee to match the price of any leather sofa on our site to the same or its equivalent model found anywhere in the UK, whether in a shop or online. Simply contact us by email with the product information.
Leather Upholstery Warranty Service
Having purchased your leather sofa or suite, it's reassuring to know that in the unfortunate event of damage resulting from stains, punctures, burns, or rips and tears, you can rely upon our Accidental Damage Warranty to come to the rescue. This is a service covered by R3, the leading niche insurance company in the UK.
For only £25.00 per seat you can protect your investment from potentially ruinous damage, and maintain peace of mind, eliminating the time it takes to search for a reliable, assured repair solution. Just a quick phone call and we will arrange for a professional leather craftsperson to service and repair your upholstery.
For example, when you purchase a two and three-seater suite from us, we can arrange for complete warranty protection for just £125, covering your entire purchase against accidental damage.
Remember to ask for our leather care Accidental Damage Warranty when ordering your sofa. We will send you an invoice and policy document separately for this, which can then be paid for by cheque.

Premium Sofas guarantees all its leather sofas against any manufacturing defect for a minimum of 12 months.
No Quibble Returns Policy
We would like you to feel every confidence in buying from us and as
such are prepared to accept the return of any purchase you are not happy
with, as long as you inform us within 7 days. Please advise the
carriers you wish to return the sofas and they will repack it and remove
them. In this case we offer a full refund but require that we retain
the original delivery cost. If the carriers leave and you still wish
to return them and advise us within the 7 day period, we charge an
additional flat fee of £65 for the return collection. Should the goods
be damaged or faulty when it reaches you we will issue a full refund in
any event without any charge as long as you inform the carriers before
they leave your home.
