Why does your furniture often cost so much less than in a shop?
By purchasing our sofa over the Internet, you are effectively paying trade prices, unburdened by expensive shop rents, rates and wages. There are no middlemen or sales team to bulk up the price.
Isn't it risky to buy such a large priced item via Mail Order?
No not at all. Our customers are more often pleasantly surprised with the quality of our sofas and furniture, and rarely have cause for complaint. We would like you to feel every confidence in buying from us and so we are prepared to accept the return of any purchase you are not happy with, as long as you inform us within 7 days. Please note that in such cases there are return delivery charges. Where you return the sofas before they leave, we refund the total amount paid minus a flat charge of £65. If the carriers have left there is an additional charge of £65. These charges are to cover part of the cost of delivery.
What leather is used in our furniture?
We use two types of leather: 'Grain' leather where the top part of a cow hide is buffed to remove surface defects and then finished in the normal way and 'Bonded' leather which is produced using a relatively new technology that mixes the leather with a small amount of PU to produce a consistent and softer finish. The leather so produced is extra soft and durable and both eco-friendly and hypoallergenic . The back and non-worn areas of the sofa are all made with a faux leather or PU/PVC, which is manufactured to match the colour of the leather. All materials have passed stringent wear and strength tests.
How long will delivery take?
This is dependent upon delivery destination, but as most of our deliveries are from stock you can expect to receive your order within 14 days.
Do you charge for delivery?
We have two tiers of delivery charges - a budget 'drop off' rate of £38 per delivery and a variable rate of between £58-£98 for our standard 2--man 'white glove' service, which includes unwrapping of the sofa, fixing the feet and placing the sofa in situ. We ask you to ensure that the furniture is intact. In the highly unlikely event that you find anything damaged please ask the delivery driver to take it back and we will replace it as soon as we possibly can.
Do you deliver furniture abroad?
Yes, we supply worldwide and delivery is charged at cost. If the area is not listed in our check-out then please call for a quote.
