7 Day Returns Policy
All our furniture is carefully inspected before
shipment and we are confident that all our products
are of the highest quality.
If though for whatever reason you are unhappy
with your sofa, as long as you tell us within
7 days we will arrange for the return of your
sofa and issue you with a refund (we ask you
only to share in the cost of transport).

Why does your furniture
cost so much less than a shop?
By purchasing over the Internet, you are effectively
paying trade prices, unburdened by expensive
shop rents, rates and wages. There are no
middlemen or sales team to bulk up the price.
In addition we are often in a position to
offer higher quality leathers at basic leather
prices.
Isn't it risky to buy such a large priced item via
Mail Order?
No not at all. Our customers
are more often pleasantly suprised with the
quality of our products and rarely have cause
for complaint. We would like you to feel every
confidence in buying from us and so are prepared
to accept the return of any purchase you are
not happy with, as long as you inform us within
7 days.
How long will delivery take?
This is dependent on
delivery destination, but as most of our deliveries
are from stock you can expect to receive your
order within 10 to 14 days.
Do you charge for delivery?
We charge a subsidised rate
of £85 for locations in mainland UK
and the channel Islands. Please enquire
for delivery in Northern Scotland. Delivery
charges to Northern and Southern Ireland
are £145 plus VAT.
The carrier will remove
the packing on arrival. We ask you to ensure
that the furniture is intact. In the unlikely
event you find anything damaged please ask
the carrier to take it back and we will
replace it as soon as we can.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we supply worldwide and
delivery is charged at cost. Please call for
a quote to deliver to your destination outside
the UK.
Do you supply to trade?
Yes, we currently supply hotels,
restaurants, nightclubs, interior designers
and other businesses and are able to offer
discounts on all contract orders. Please contact
